With the arrival of 2015, the smartphone industries have begun their race upon the innovations on their product to be crowned as the Best Android Smartphone in 2015 by their user. Last year, many tech savvies and android geeks are immersed with the variety of awesome handset that each company has to offer, ranging from Nexus 6, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, LG G3, Sony Xperia Z3, to HTC One M8. But with the coming of a new year, many people question on what is the best android smartphone that should be on their waiting list for this year. Here is several upcoming smartphones that should makes you excited about it in 2015:
Samsung Galaxy S6
As the flagship smartphone of Samsung, Samsung Galaxy S6 boasts over several radical features that will please Samsung fans and tech savvies alike. There are currently two kinds of design that is has yet to be decided; a full metal unibody chassis that Galaxy Alpha boast in, and the other design is half-metal front with removeable plastic rear as in Galaxy Note 4. It also rumored to have Quad-HD screen with 16 or 20 megapixel rear-end camera, accompanied with an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor that paired with 3GB of RAM. Their release date is still in the dark, but it is expected that Samsung Galaxy S6 will be unveiled at Samsung Unpacked event that is prior to MWC 2015 on March 2015.
Xiaomi Mi Note and Xiaomi Mi Note Pro
As the upcoming competitor on smartphone wars, Xiaomi officially unveiled their newest product, the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro. They even brag that the latter will be regarded as the most powerful smartphone in the world on their advertisement. These Chinese phones are equipped with 5.7 inch curved screens – full-HD screen for Mi Note, and Quad-HD for Mi Note Pro. Xiaomi’s Mi Note Pro also offers several high-end specs for a smartphone, from 2 GHz Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core chip, Adreno 430 graphic chip accompanied with massive 4 GB RAM. All that embedded in a case that thinner than iPhone 6 Plus. Xiaomi confirms that Mi Note and Mi Note Pro will be launched in China on 27 January 2015, and the latter product will be by the end of the March.
Sony Xperia Z4
Sony has a habit in updating their flagship smartphone in every six months. Since Sony Xperia Z3 was released in September 2014, it is expected that we will see the latest installment of Sony Xperia Z4 hitting the IFA on 2 to 5 March 2015. Rumor has it that Sony Xperia Z4 will be tied in with the latest James Bond movie that will be in cinema on this year. It is also said that the actor Daniel Craig and director Sam Mendes are involved in the design of the newest Xperia series installment. This particular smartphone will have the super-fast Android Lollipop OS accompanied with the latest octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor along with 4GB of RAM and Quad HD screen.
